Theme: Travel

We invite artists to submit work for Light Between Departures, an exhibition that explores how travel shapes the way we see. Through movement, distance, and discovery, travel allows us to experience the world and ourselves in new ways.

This exhibition is less about destinations and more about what lingers: the light that falls across unfamiliar architecture, the sound of a language you do not yet understand, the texture of a meal shared with strangers, or the stillness of a horizon you once crossed. Light Between Departures celebrates art’s ability to hold these fleeting and sensory moments, the instances that bring us back to a place or allow us to see it again through changed eyes.

We are looking for works that carry a sense of presence and memory, pieces that capture not just where you were, but what it felt like to be there.
